There were a few glitches, but we were able to straighten them out “ somewhat”. The initial price quoted was incorrect, I was quoted $129.99 a month and the morning we were ready to move our 26 foot UHaul full of furniture into the unit, I found out the storage unit was $350.00 a month after the first month. This was a real surprise needless to say.

Only needed outdoor space for a camper. This facility is just what I need and the price is acceptable, compared to others in my area it's a bargain.

Our unit was very dirty when we arrived on the day we reserved it. There were SEVERAL bags of trash left inside that we had to move out ourselves and something had spilled like oil all over the bottom of the unit. It was difficult to get in and out to where our unit was because cars were parked everywhere in the driveway outside units. When I called to report the trash, I was told “yeah, we should have told you about that and we’ll have to clean it later.. I can’t do all right now because I have another customer to help” and he hung up. Not a great first day

I was not thrilled there was not a fence up yet but I was asked if that was ok when I called to complete paperwork. Fence goes up later this month. They were fast and efficient.
